Delft University of Technology (The Netherlands): well-known for its research and teaching on policy analysis and infrastructure economics.

Paris-Sud 11 University (France): renowned for its expertise in economics and management of network industries.

Florence School of Regulation of the European University Institute (Italy): reference forum in Europe for the regulation of network industries.

Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium): renowned for its expertise the energy sector.

The third country partners are:

The Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering (Baltimore, USA): prominent on environmental and sustainability engineering and economics.

The University of Texas at Austin (USA): The Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering is ranked among the top in the USA, notorious for his work in Energy Systems.

Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).

As associated partners:

The Lawence Berkeley Lab. Environmental Energy Technologies Division (California, USA). One of the most renowned Research institutions in the world. Eleven scientists associated with Berkeley Lab have won the Nobel Prize. They perform top R&D on energy technologies and reduction of adverse energy-related environmental impacts.

Harbin Institute of Technology (China). Established pioneer in China in the fields of Technology, Policy and Management.
